Jennifer Lambertson is the founder and CEO of the constellations. She's passionate about bringing diversity to future-thinking companies while simultaneously doing her part to establish holistic equality in the workplace (and beyond).

Jeni has been featured on ABC7, FOX NEWS, Huffington Post, Mavenly, Elana Lyn, and Le Femme Collective. the constellations have partnered with national organizations, including Ladies Get Paid, LEVO, CBS, and Ellevate, to advise women and persons of color how best to advocate for themselves.
